Ms. O'Quinn has 20 years of experience in representing independent community banks and their owners.

- Advising community banks and holding companies with respect to compliance issues
- Preparation and filing of federal and state regulatory applications
- Counsel to community banks and their holding companies regarding formal and informal enforcement actions
- Assisting community banks and their holding companies with raising capital in both public and private offerings
- Representing organizers of community banks with the formation of de novo charters
- Counsel to community banks and their owners on strategic planning to protect shareholder value through Subchapter S transactions, stock repurchases and tender offers
- Advising community banks on the acquisition, sale, establishment and relocation of branches
- Advising community banks and their boards of directors on fiduciary duties, corporate governance, general corporate matters and management succession planning
- Advising clients on commercial lending transactions
