Brandon Ramirez

Brandon graduated summa cum laude from Texas A&M University before graduating cum laude from SMU Dedman School of Law where he earned his J.D. While at SMU Dedman School of Law, Brandon served as a case note and comment editor for the International Law Review Association and was the recipient of the Association of Securities and Exchange Commission Alumni Scholarship. He also completed a judicial externship with the Honorable Judge E. Lee Morris with the Northern District of Texas Bankruptcy Court.

Brandon's practice is focused on financial institutions law, including corporate, regulatory, and securities work.
